What is the Selah Retreat?
It is two days with the women of your church family to rest, slow down, and enjoy one another. The theme of our gathering, "Pause, Ponder, Praise," invites you to a restorative weekend where you can lay down the weights of daily responsibilities and lift your heart in serene reflection and joyous adoration.
What will we do at the Selah Retreat?
The Selah Retreat can be as action-packed or as quiet as you make it. This retreat is different in that it isn't built around centralized teaching sessions, but instead is built around reflecting on God's work around the table and the beauty of the outdoors. We'll enjoy delicious meals with lots of conversation, and unhurried downtime to spend in any way you choose.
If you prefer a more planned schedule, there will be optional activities offered throughout the day. Join in on the Sunrise Hike & Pray, the painting by the river session, massage, flower arranging class, trout fishing lesson, and skeet shooting. Or do nothing at all and curl up in the main lodge with a book.
